We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Your content may be transferred unencrypted, excluding credit card information.

3. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
Information on this site is for general use only. We are not responsible if it is not accurate or current. We may update content at any time without notice.
4. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without liability.

Some products may be available exclusively online. We aim to display product images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee your screen displays them correctly.

6. Booking and Cancellation Policies
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the expedition start date.
Cancellations by You:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the start date will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will forfeit the full expedition cost.
Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any expedition due to weather, natural disaster, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Payment and Refund Policies
All prices are in USD. We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. Full payment is required before the start of any expedition. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above.
8. Client Health and Fitness Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and have a suitable level of fitness for the expedition you have booked. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we believe is not fit enough for the expedition.
9. Insurance Requirements
You are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance must be provided before the start of the expedition.
10. Inherent Risks and Dangers
You acknowledge that outdoor expeditions involve inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to accidents, illness, and the forces of nature. You agree to assume all such risks and to release Nepal Outdoor Expeditions from any and all liability.
11. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
12. Optional Tools
We may offer access to third-party tools without warranties. Use of these tools is at your own risk.
13. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Review third-party terms before engaging in transactions.
14. User Comments and Feedback
