Short Itinerary ( 4 days )
After having breakfast, you’ll visit important Buddhist sites, stupas, and monasteries inside Kathmandu Valley. First you’ll visit Boudhanath followed by Swayambhunath. Both of the stupa are famous religiously. After that you’ll visit Kapan monastery which is the center of Buddhists learning, medication and practice. Then you’ll head back to the hotel and stay overnight.
You’ll head towards Lumbini early in the morning after having breakfast. You’ll have a scenic drive to Lumbini. After reaching Lumbini, you’ll check-in to the hotel, take a rest and prepare for tomorrow.
You’ll visit Maya Devi Temple, which is the main attraction. It is believed that Lord Buddha was born in that temple. Then after 27 km drive to the west of Lumbini will take to Tilaurakot. It is the palace of King Suddodhan where lord Buddha spent 29 years of his life. Then you’ll visit museum and head back to the hotel
After having early morning breakfast, you’ll have a scenic drive back to Kathmandu which takes around 8 hrs. After reaching Kathmandu. You’ll transfer to a hotel and stay overnight. This concludes the journey.
